The Chatham Center has been designed and planned from the outset to be a building that both looks great from a distance and also has great appeal for people on foot as they walk through the neighborhood and into the building.
Unlike much of the suburban-type architecture that often dominates in the midwest, this structure was primarily designed not for automobiles but rather for people.
